MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends to include Saturday. Minimum-night stay requirements also apply during holiday periods.

DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS

Warner Cottage & Kennedy Cottage: The first night's room and tax deposit will be taken at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled. The remaining balance of room and tax for the entire stay will be taken 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Revisions or cancellations must be made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund. Within the cancellation period, guest is responsible for the entire amount of stay.

For all other accommodations: Full payment of room and tax is taken 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Revisions or cancellations must be made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund. Within the cancellation period, guest is responsible for the entire amount of stay.

PET POLICY
To ensure the comfort of all of our guests, we ask that you observe the following guidelines when bringing your pet to The Ranch:

Pets are welcome in freestanding cottages only.
Pets cannot be left unattended.
Per California State law, pets are not permitted in the restaurants or poolside (with the exception of service dogs).
A $100 non-refundable deep cleaning fee will be charged at departure, per pet, per stay.
